Clu: Richmond, Virginia, United States; Kathy Calhoun (or Clu, a lifelong nickname) is an award winning certified visual arts and crafts educator. For her 2019 studio challenge, Kathy is jumping into and renaming new techniques that translate across the mediums of oil and watercolor while working bigger in the atelier fashion of focusing on portrait and the human figure.
